At Something Went Wrong, we believe your home should be perfect; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products back into their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
